*Position Type:* Full Time _*Location*_*:* Midland Texas _*Experience*_*:* 5+ Years (Kindly don't apply if with less years of experience in Well Testing) *Title:* *Account Manager* *Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:* o Prepare all documents for all operations (Job Safety Analysis, Work Procedures, HARC Assessments, tracking equipment, tracking service tickets, time and attendance tracking for personnel… and others) o Coordinate Client’s activities with the company.
o Maintain relationship with Clients, Sales Team, and the company.
o Coordinate Crew and equipment with the company and client.
o Manage inventory for equipment needed based on active agreements available.
o Manage inventory for the spare parts needed for equipment.
o Prepare quotations for the equipment needed based on active agreements.
o Run well testing operations with the operational field team, following up with all the needs of each job, return and maintenance of equipment, and seeing through field service tickets to the finance department.
o Create service tickets and monthly reports to forecast the revenue and cost needed each month.
*Qualifications:* To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

* Proactive attitude (seeks an opportunity to lear and ways to improve) * Have a professional appearance * Possess a strong network of connections with small, mid-sized, independent, and super-major E&P companies across the United States especially South and West Texas.
* Minimum of 5 years of related experience, especially in Oil and Gas * Willingness and ability to travel * Legal Authorization to work in the United States * Ability to identify the needs and opportunities for our company and provide solutions to meet those specific needs * Ensuring sales targets are achieved and exceeded leading to above target sales revenues for the business unit.
* Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities * Lead meetings and technical presentations to existing/prospective customers * Assist in setting sales plans and strategies * Manage multiple accounts simultaneously * Establish relationships with existing and new customers * Travel throughout Texas to visit customers on a recurring basis * Visit field sites regularly in South Texas to consult with customers * Act as customer interface with operations and understand client plans and problems.
Communicate with crew assigned to the job and follow up on progress.
* Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts * Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions * Report to the Business Unit Manager.
* Developing and executing sales strategies with the sales team to improve performance and meet needs.
* Ensure sales targets are achieved and exceed above target sales revenues for the business.
* Manage relationships with key clients and utilize network of connections to identify new business units.
* Responsible for growth and development of the well testing business across the U.
S region working closely with operations and technical teams to identify and pursue areas of growth.
* Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and objectives to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
* Manage the sales team by setting sales goal and expectations.
* Report and work closely with management on sales performance, proposal plans, etc.
*Minimum Requirements for Employment Behavioral* * Be able to pass a drug test at any point in time before and/or during employment.
