Client Advisor-BMW
Sewell is looking to add experienced Client Advisors to join our team! Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, great personality, and willingness to push themselves to a greater potential! We are seeking candidates with amazing client experience skills, whom are highly motivated and results-driven.
In this position, you will walk with clients through the entire vehicle purchase process, from inquiry to ownership, securing great relationships with your guests.
Responsibilities
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
Background and drug screening
In order to be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements.
