Marketing Director
Sewell is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead a team of 5-8 professionals across a diversified portfolio of businesses owned and operated by Sewell.
Responsibilities include developing comprehensive marketing strategies, project execution, driving lead generation, and leading projects for all Sewell-owned companies in multiple industries: automotive, real estate, community events, restaurants, retail, etc.

A successful candidate will need to be skilled at both owning projects to completion on their own, and also delegating where needed.
The ideal candidate excels at heavy multitasking, meeting right deadlines, and leading others.
Very strong leadership, organization, and execution skills are required.
Note: This Marketing Director position requires a 50-60 hour/week commitment for at least the first few months.
The role is fast paced and involves many different projects.
Requirements:
Proven track record in leadership role and/or senior marketing role
Proven track record of executing robust projects with excellence.
Proficiency in marketing principles and strategies
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in marketing tools and technology
Bachelors degree required.
Graduate degree preferred.

Qualifications:
In order to be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements.
A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
