Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the oversight of three Well Spring companies continued future growth.
You will be an experienced Water Transfer Services Salesperson with 5+ years of experience.
*Must have 5 years’ experience in Water Transfer Services including Sales of Water Transfer Services.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Working in a safe and deliberate manner, ensuring HSE compliance, including safe, reliable water transfers.
Building long-term strategic relationships with customers to originate sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
Partnering with sales and engineering representatives to deliver technical presentations to customers.
Providing account management to understand customer needs, requirements and potential sales opportunities.
Identifying and coordinating numerous projects of varying complexity to bring value to our customers.
Monitoring and maintaining existing programs for customers to provide reporting on performance of applications.
Collaborating with team members to drive technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers.
Knowledge of how perform field work such as drilling, production and completions water transfer needs and activities.
Automation Software Subscription Sales (automation software used in WT activities, on services for permanent infrastructure, etc.
)
Sales (oil, automation, water transfer and water sales activities) focus on Water Transfer Services.
Qualification Requirements
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma.
Associate degree in business withapplicable experience preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in Water transfer sales and may include frac oil field, industrial water, water services, or water treatment in the Permian basin.
5+ years of sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry in the Permian Basin, preferably in the Midland/Odessa area.
Solid understanding of water transfer services and sales.
Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, market conditions, and how water transfer plays a role in compliance, operations, and efficiency.
Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills including but not limited to communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
Ability to multi-task, find solutions and establish priorities.
Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills.
Ability to work at the Midland Office.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to travel.
· Regularly operates in a highly safety-conscious environment, outdoor and indoor.
- Regularly be exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
