Instructional Aide

JOB PURPOSE: The Instructional Aides are valued members of our Education Faculty at the Pecos Children's Center (PCC), serving unaccompanied children.
They serve as critical support systems for shaping our youth in a structured learning environment and helping to promote our inclusive education model at PCC.
The Instructional Aide supports the Teachers in a classroom and works with students to help them understand the lessons taught by certified teachers.
This is a critical role in helping to supervise students and facilitate learning.
