* Must have exhibited the ability to work well with students and colleagues

* Teach a combination of lectures and labs
* Maintain lab equipment
* Order supplies and develop a curriculum
* May be asked to oversee the activities of certain labs
* Will be encouraged to teach at least one summer semester each year for additional pay
* Demonstrate innovative ideas in education
