Crealock, this beautiful sail boat has a V-berth forward with chemical head cubby under a removable cushion to port and an anchor chain locker in the bow.
Settee berths are to port and starboard of the companion way with a small cabinet forward of the starboard berth and keel storage that runs down the middle of the cabin.
A large section of the cabin top raises to provide additional head room, and a removable 1/2" tinted plexi-glass hatch and a three stair ladder provide access to the cabin.
Storage space is under the main cabin bunks and forward under v-berths.
The cockpit is self bailing through two floor drains, and non-skid is molded into the floor and seat areas as well as the forward deck and cabin top.
Extendable cabin top for more head room.
Deck equipment includes ratchet winches, bow pulpit, bow anchor locker, mooring cleats, and two cockpit seat hatches with access to a large storage area under the cockpit on one side and a large contained locker on the other.

Info.
about Clipper owners community with tons of helpful recources.
It is a beautiful boat with nice lines.
With a little work, can be a super sail boat to point into the wind and go water camping, sailing with the family, fishing, swimming, sunning, sleeping on the water, etc.
