A shelter with this design should be completed within 6 weeks of breaking ground weather permitting.
I hold an EIT certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and will make you very comfortable with the agreed design and construction.
Design is professional engineer stamped to withstand a nuclear blast with blast door, blast valves, and escape hatch all rated accordingly.
Contract will require 50% payment down and 25% at the start of concrete and the final 25% at completion of the shelter.
Consultations and touring of my show room shelter costs $500 which will be credited back to your project with signed contract.
